Studio Workshops

All workshops are designed to instruct both the beginning and advanced student. Workshop sizes are limited to allow for individual goal setting, instruction and critique. The July Plein Air Abstract Landscape Workshop is limited to 15 students. In every workshop you can expect to do lots of work.

.I'm offering a new workshop this summer which should be a lot of fun and result in some interesting art work. I am offering a Plein Air Abstract Landscape Workshop where on each Saturday in July we will paint at a different location from 9 AM until 4 PM. I have choosen sites that are close to the Twin Cities and that have a variety of scenic vistas and interesting subjects to paint.

Click on Plein Air Abstract Landscape Workshop for more information.

Your studio instruction takes place in a modern -- air-conditioned -- 600 square foot working studio. The studio has wall space for posting on-going work, a 33" x 60" Takach-Garfield intaglio press and basic studio materials to help you complete your work. Each workshop follows a logical schedule, but is conducted with the flexibility needed to reach individual goals.
